Did you know virtually any change to the exterior of your home or landscaping requires prior ARC approval? The ARC meets monthly to review application requests submitted by homeowners for any change to the exterior or landscaping of their homes. All meetings start at 9 a.m. at the Community Center. The meeting schedule for 2026 is as follows:

  • August 22
  • September 26
  • October 24
  • November 21
  • December 19

Applications are to be submitted to the Management Office by 1 p.m. on the 15th of every month, with no exceptions. Application forms may be downloaded from the Turtle Rock website (www.myturtlerock.com under “Forms”) or obtained at the Management Office. Results will be posted to the website soon after the ARC meeting.

Emergency applications involving ongoing property damage or safety hazards will be considered on an expedited basis after contacting the Management Office.
