Members of the Association are responsible for dues, paid quarterly, on the first day of January, April, July, and October. Homeowners may enroll in an auto-pay system or opt for payment coupons. The information and forms for setting up, changing or canceling your auto-pay payment plan can be found below. Note: Association members not paying quarterly dues by the 15th of the month in which fees are due (Jan, April, July, Oct) will be subject to the Turtle Rock Collection Policy.
